This notice describes only the waitlist operated by I Laik Consult OÜ, separate from the broader policy below. Submitting your email is voluntary and requests only notifications about access availability in Reelbee. The waitlist database stores the trimmed, lowercased address, a generated entry ID, and creation and update timestamps. Repeat signups do not create another entry.
Your client IP address and submission counts are held in server memory to limit abuse; the IP address is not stored in your waitlist entry. Expired rate-limit records are periodically removed, and this in-memory state is cleared when the application restarts.
Joining does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. Submission does not verify email ownership or automatically send an email or invitation.
We retain your email until the waitlist closes or you request deletion. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact info@reelbee.gg. Requests are handled manually; there is no automated expiry or self-service removal.
